Welcome to Agape5 LLC. These Terms and Conditions  govern your use of agape5.com (the “Site”), including all purchases made through the Site. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1. Business Information & Overview

Agape5 LLC is a clothing brand operating out of Broomfield, Colorado. We specialize in limited-quantity apparel items designed, prepared, and shipped from our personal operations in the United States. Our business model involves producing comfortable custom garments to push a message of faith and the belief of Jesus Christ. 2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to make purchases or use our Site. By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are using this Site on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Product Descriptions, Inventory, and Order Acceptance

We strive to display accurate product images, descriptions, sizing details, and colors. However, variations may occur due to screen displays, manufacturing differences, lighting conditions, or photographic effects. Agape5 does not guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly represent the product you receive.

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by Agape5. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit quantities of any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability errors, or violations of these Terms. If we cancel an order, your payment will be refunded to the original method of payment.

4. All Sales Final — No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

All sales made through Agape5 are final. Due to the limited-run nature of our products and the inspection process completed when goods arrive from our manufacturer, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or preference-based concerns.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product information before completing a purchase. If you have questions about sizing, fit, material, or any other product detail, you are encouraged to contact us prior to ordering. Agape5 reserves the right to enforce this policy in full without exceptions.

5. Pricing, Payment Methods, and Taxes

Prices displayed on our Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. We accept several secure payment methods, including Shop Pay, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, American Express, and major debit/credit cards. All transactions are processed through trusted third-party payment providers, which means we do not store or directly handle your complete payment information.

Taxes are automatically calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state or local tax laws. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order total, including taxes and shipping fees.

6. Shipping Policy & Responsibility

Agape5 currently ships to U.S. addresses only. Once an order is placed, it will be processed and prepared for shipment within the timeframe listed at checkout. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery.

Agape5 is not responsible for issues that occur after the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier. This includes, without limitation, carrier delays, lost packages, stolen items, mis-deliveries, or damage caused during transit. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered accurately. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee redelivery or reimbursement.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the Agape5 website—including but not limited to designs, logos, photographs, graphics, product names, branding elements, text, and digital assets—is the exclusive property of Agape5 LLC. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Customers are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any Agape5 content for commercial or non-commercial purposes without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not use the Site or its contents for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
